Welcome. My name is Julian, and I work with people in the aftermath of harm. My approach treads a path beyond the common choices of punishment or silence, moving instead toward healing, accountability, and personal growth.

For almost a decade, I’ve facilitated difficult and profound conversations—between survivors of violence and those who caused it, among families addressing painful truths, and with people striving to make amends—along with providing trainings and workshops for those looking to practice this work themselves.
