Training & Workshops

Deepen into practice

Trainings and workshops offer organizations, communities, workplaces, and groups the opportunity to learn restorative practices or deepen their approach to harm, accountability, and relational repair.

Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all curriculum, each training is customized to the needs, context, and goals of the participants. My aim is to help people understand restorative practices not just as a toolkit, but as a way of relating that can shift the culture of a group or organization.

Whether you’re new to restorative approaches or looking to integrate them more deeply into your work, these sessions create a practical, experiential learning environment grounded in restorative values.

What to Expect

1. Planning and Design

Before the training begins, I collaborate with you or your team to clarify objectives, desired outcomes, and logistical needs. This ensures the content is relevant, actionable, and aligned with the group’s goals.

2. Workshop Delivery

Trainings can range from a few hours to multi-day intensives, and may include lectures, group exercises, role-playing, circles practice, and other interactive methods. I collaborate with trusted co-facilitators or guest speakers to enrich the experience.

Each session is guided by restorative principles — presence, agency, accountability, and relational awareness — helping participants leave with practical tools and a grounded understanding of how to apply them.

3. Follow-Up and Support

After a training, I offer guidance and resources to help participants integrate what they’ve learned into their daily work or community practices. Some groups request follow-up sessions, check-ins, or tailored coaching for continued development.
